This book unveils the unknown and often unexplored world of management practices within organizations. Through real-life stories, experienced by managers and professionals, we demonstrate how these practices take shape in daily operations. Initially, I selected 120 stories that offered valuable insights into management, but here I share 16 of them—each connected to a crucial practice in Leadership, Management, Human Resources, and Strategy.
